Over the past few months, the Bendigo Real Estate team has been working on an exciting partnership we are thrilled to finally announce.
Later this year, we will proudly join forces with DCK Real Estate, one of our region’s most respected and enduring agencies. The combined strength of both teams will move forward under the Bendigo Real Estate name. More than just a merger, this is a business decision that will allow two trusted names to come together and shape the future of local real estate in our area. Led by a bold, forward-thinking vision.
“This merger marks the next chapter for real estate in Bendigo. Local, independent and built on shared values. We’re committed to continuing our growth while keeping people and relationships at the heart of what we do,” says Bendigo Real Estate Principal Nekti Tzouroutis. “I’m proud to share that, as part of our merger, Brenton Reginato and Toby Gray will be joining Matt and I on the leadership team as newly appointed Partners.
This strategic partnership allows us to offer more depth in our team, more capabilities across Sales and Property Management both Residential and Commercial, and more value for our clients. This transition will unfold in several stages over the coming months. As of this month, we will begin a profit-sharing agreement. From the outside it will be business as usual, with both brands operating independently.
“Together, we’ll offer greater depth, local knowledge and expertise across every aspect of the market. Combining two experienced teams means we can deliver even more value to clients at every stage of their real estate journey,” says Bendigo Real Estate Director Matt Gregtrix.
In September, we will join DCK at 10 King Street, Bendigo, with a new shared office designed to support collaboration and client service. Finally, October will see us launch our unified brand – with a new look and feel to reflect the strengths of both teams.
Our leadership team will be joined by DCK Real Estate’s Directors: Matt Bowles, Makayla Metcalf, Marc Cox, and Justin Pell. The four are experts in the industry, bringing with them experience and insights that will be critical to developing the next era of the business.
“Joining forces with Bendigo Real Estate allows us to preserve what we’ve built while being part of something even bigger. It’s an exciting opportunity to enhance our service, expand our capabilities and contribute to a fresh, unified direction,” says DCK Director Makayla Metcalf.
For our clientele, this change will mean continued consistency, stronger service and broader reach, as well as an evolved brand that showcases our combined strength, market knowledge, and shared values.
There is a lot to come and we will keep you informed at every step of the process. As always, the team is here to talk if you have any questions or queries.
