Our fees and charges are as follows:

➤ Commission on rent collected Standard Fee: 7.7 % including GST
➤ Email Statements: $1.10 Per Statement
➤ Fee for lease renewal to the existing tenant: $75.00 including GST
➤ National Tenancy database check per accepted tenant: $13.98 including GST
