Bendigo Real Estate makes electronic payments into your selected account, we can either pay you twice a month or at the end of the month. An Electronic statement is forwarded to you along with any paid invoices for your taxation records.
We have the facility to pay expenses from the rent received so we will provide you with a comprehensive end of financial year statement with all incomes and expenditures.
An annual statement of all income and expenditure is forwarded to you after the 20th June each year to assist you in the preparation of your tax return
